I don't know what the difference is but somehow this year we've ended up with two seedlings and one seed that all took ... after so many years of failure it's nice to see them growing.
It's been great to be able to get back into it, although we are just about cucumbered out now :) At least the pumpkins can be stored long term if we end up with more than we can handle.
